Can Cognitive Therapy (CBT) Work?

Can CBT work?

This page will explain the science.

PLEASE BARE IN MIND - This is based on research across over 250,000 cases and 20 years of medical practice and is based on neuroscience and physiology.

Below are the commonly used CBT techniques explained with our scientific view of these techniques in bold.

The data contained here is the result of 20 years of research, testing and treating over 200,000 people.

Most of our clients have used these techniques.

NONE have benefitted from them curatively.

NOTE: Is this a 'dig' at CBT? No, it's a dig at bad sceince and bad therapists. CBT can't work, I'll prove that to you but what's far worse is that people are told that it can work. You don't have to listen to my advice. I am just an ex sufferer that recovered and has since helped over 200,000 people to find TRUE recovery. I know that the science below is correct and I know from reports from tens of thousands of clients that these comments below are accurate and representative of the majority. I am here to protect you and other sufferers not to 'bad mouth' other practices. There are people who attack me for exposing the CBT lie, even to the point of intimidation, threats and masses of online attacks but we will continue long past the end of my life so all I am focused on is getting you back to 100%.

If you decide to have CBT because your doctor says so, because it's 'all that's on offer', because you get it 'free of charge', that's your choice but it can't work, so why bother?

It can actually halt recovery and make you feel far worse.

I constantly hear 'Charles, different things worked for different people, we all have a choice as to what therapy we use." In truth, this statement is usually coming from a psychologist, psychiatrist or counsellor in an attempt to justify their very existence within healthcare.

Well YES, we have choice, of course but, it is absolutely UNTRUE that different things 'work' for different people... if you want recovery, ONE THING works and CBT isn't it. That's not my science... it's simple human biology, over which, I have no control.

I am not going to promote freedom of choice if freedom of choice leads to false promises, bad practice and ultimate distress.

You see, CBT practice is built on a lie... that cognition (thought) can influence your deep neurological responses. It's a lie told by psychology out of ignorance or to support their fee building practices.

I'll prove to you why CBT is flawed.

Do this for me... stop producing progesterone or testosterone... OK... done that?

Try something else... stop digesting the food in your digestive tract.... OK... done that?

One more... burn more calories... great... how did you do?

You're thinking "what the hell are you talking about Charles?"

OK, now try this... stop producing adrenalin, remove the neural pathways that activate your anxiety disorders and finally, rewire the specific neurology that causes your anxiety disorder... done. Great. You're cured.

Are you beginning to see why changing your thoughts in order to deactivate bodily systems and processes, neurological programming and human evolution is IMPOSSIBLE.

If a doctor or psychologist tells you that doing what is listed below can, in any way, remove your anxiety disorder, they are talking absolute rubbish. ALL these devices can do is keep you where you are or make you worse.

Furthermore... these 'well-doers' often bring in their own 'mini-Freud' psycho-babble to try out on clients. They, pretty much, all believe they have some superior psychological knowledge and ability... we have had thousands of clients (including myself) tell us of how the 'analysis' and 'digging' drove them to near suicide.

Blaming people, searching for trauma, bringing up the past... honestly, there were times when my mood was on the floor and I felt desperate BECAUSE OF my psychologist and their endless nonsense. I am sure you may have felt the same way.

Don't forget, there are two types of CBT practitioner - those who don't know the scientific truth but do it anyway - That's ignorance... and those that DO know the scientific truth and do it anyway for money... that's greed.

CBT isn't even a professional psychological practice! Don't believe me? ... take a look online and you'll see that you can do a 2 day course for under £200 and walk away with a certificate. Groupon did (and maybe still do) offer a CBT cause for £19. Very professional. It's lunacy.

TALKING is the last thing a sufferer needs despite feeling like they need to be nurtured and comforted (that's just the anxiety speaking), they actually need to just 'turn off the anxiety tap'.

Below are the main techniques used in CBT and other 'talking therapies' and my explanation of why they don't and can't work.

1. Journaling

This technique is a way of “gathering data” about our moods and our thoughts. This journal can include the time of the mood or thought, the source of it, the extent or intensity, and how we responded to it, among other factors. This technique can help us to identify our thought patterns and emotional tendencies, describe them, and find out how to change, adapt, or cope with them.

EXPLANATION: Journaling focuses the mind on the anxiety and not on recovery - It is impossible to create non-anxious neural pathways when journaling constantly focuses the patient on their symptoms and thoughts. Journaling is a way of reinforcing anxiety not removing it. Even if distorted thoughts are identified, thoughts do not control emotional response. Journaling is counter-productive and nonsensical device.

2. Unraveling Cognitive Distortions

This is a main goal of CBT, and can be practiced with or without the help of a therapist. In order to unravel the cognitive distortions you hold, you must first become aware of which distortions you are most vulnerable to. Part of this involves identifying and challenging our harmful automatic thoughts, which frequently fall into one of the categories listed earlier.

EXPLANATION: Cognitive distortions are 'faulty thoughts'. A sufferer's thoughts aren't faulty. Anxiety is a systemic condition of the core emotion. Regardless of what a sufferer 'thinks', they will feel anxious. Thinking, similarly, will not remove access fat or change hormone levels. Identifying and focusing on faulty thoughts increases anxiety and prevents recovery. The anxiety causes the faulty thoughts, not the other way around.

3. Cognitive Restructuring

Once you identify the distortions or inaccurate views on the world you hold, you can begin to learn about how this distortion took root and why you came to believe it. When you discover a belief that is destructive or harmful, you can begin to challenge it. For example, if you believe that you must have a high paying job to be a respectable person, but you lose your high paying job, you will begin to feel bad about yourself. Instead of accepting this faulty belief that leads you to think unreasonably negative thoughts about yourself, you could take this opportunity to think about what makes a person “respectable,” a belief you may not have explicitly considered before.

EXPLANATION: This entire section is flawed. People aren't 'anxious' because they believe cognitive distortions, they are anxious because their fear responses are 'misfiring'. This has NOTHING to do with confidence or self-belief, cognitive distortions or any other superficial belief. It is entirely to do with a deep neurological response within the autonomic part of the brain. Changing your 'beliefs' will not change systemic responses. This is absolute neurological nonsense.

4. Exposure and Response Prevention

This technique is specifically effective for those who suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). You can practice this technique by exposing yourself to whatever it is that normally elicits a compulsive behavior, but doing your best to refrain from the behavior and writing about it. You can combine journaling with this technique, or use journaling to understand how this technique makes you feel.

EXPLANATION: We have already stated why journaling fails. Exposure is possibly the most damaging of all these techniques. You cannot reset emotional responses and correct anxiety disorders through exposure; the brain does not work in this way. Any 'reassurance' gained during exposure is quickly reverted back to inappropriate fear responses. Exposure MAY be effective in the treatment of specific phobias, however, these phobias ONLY exist in the absence of an anxiety disorder (spiders, heights etc.) The practice of this technique confirms to the brain that - Catalyst = Anxiety - It CANNOT cure OCD or any other symptom of anxiety.

5. Interoceptive Exposure

This technique is intended to treat panic and anxiety. It involves exposure to feared bodily sensations in order to elicit the response, activate any unhelpful beliefs associated with the sensations, maintain the sensations without distraction or avoidance, and allow new learning about the sensations to take place. It is intended to help the sufferer see that symptoms of panic are not dangerous, although they may be uncomfortable.

EXPLANATION: This is both cruel and ridiculous in equal measures. This cannot cure anxiety and panic. We have heard of CBT practitioners terrifying clients or making them run on a treadmill, putting their hands in buckets of horse muck and other highly inappropriate catalysts in order to cause a panic attack. This is an idiotic, ignorant and dangerous technique that can only result in heightened anxiety. This technique reinforces the anxious neurology and prevents recovery.

6. Nightmare Exposure and Rescripting

Nightmare exposure and rescripting is intended specifically for those suffering from nightmares. This technique is similar to interoceptive exposure, in that the nightmare is elicited, which brings up the relevant emotion. Once the emotion has arisen, the client and therapist work together to identify the desired emotion and develop a new image to accompany the desired emotion.

EXPLANATION: This technique is neurological nonsense. It is IMPOSSIBLE to manipulate subconscious neurology in order to change a person's response to a nightmare or dream whilst unconscious. The brain doesn't work this way.

7. Play the Script Until the End

This technique is especially useful for those suffering from fear and anxiety. In this technique, the individual who is vulnerable to crippling fear or anxiety conducts a sort of thought experiment, where they imagine the outcome of the worst case scenario. Letting this scenario play out can help the individual to recognize that even if everything they fear comes to pass, it will likely turn out okay.

EXPLANATION: This is ludicrous. Anxiety cannot be cured by practising anxious scenarios or attempting to deactivate anxiety by reasoning with it. That's akin to reasoning with your digestion, respiration or endocrine system. Absolute neurological nonsense. This can ONLY lead to heightened anxiety and perpetuation of the disorders.

8. Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)

This is a familiar technique to those who practice mindfulness. Similar to the body scan, this technique instructs you to relax one muscle group at a time until your whole body is in a state of relaxation. You can use audio guidance, a YouTube video, or simply your own mind to practice this technique, and it can be especially helpful for calming nerves and soothing a buy and unfocused mind.

EXPLANATION: VERY SIMPLE - Despite how anxiety makes you feel... a sufferer should NEVER attempt to use PMR to recover - anxiety disorder sufferers do not need relaxation - relaxation will lead to dramatically increased focus on the thoughts and symptoms that fuel and perpetuate anxiety.

9. Relaxed Breathing

This is another technique that is not specific to CBT, but will be familiar to practitioners of mindfulness. There are many ways to relax and bring regularity to your breath, including guided and unguided imagery, audio recordings, YouTube videos, and scripts. Bringing regularity and calm to your breath will allow you to approach your problems from a place of balance, facilitating more effective and rational decision making (Megan, 2016).

EXPLANATION: Mindfullness has been the largest problem in anxiety recovery for decades. Its increased visibility and use has destroyed recoveries and prevented sufferers from finding a true solution to their disorders. If you suffer from an anxiety disorder, calming your breathing is difficult, if not impossible, but can also be traumatic... at very least it's counter-productive. Changing your breathing will not cure or reduce an anxiety disorder. Breathing is not connected to the disorder in any way. Anxiety CAUSES disrupted breathing but it is not caused by it.

CBT doesn't provide sufferers with what they want or need

But what they miss is the fact that anxious people don't want to go to their doctor time after time... they want to go ONCE and be cured.

Because doctors can't cure them; they have to accept that, as people in a position of medical authority, they will be visited time after time by anxious people desperate for a solution... the last thing the doctor wants to admit to is incompetence.

A doctor or psychologist might say that a patient is incurable to disguise their incompetence; they may state that anxiety disorders cannot be cured because anxiety is a natural and expected emotion, however, whatever their justification for failing to provide relief... it's wrong. You can recover.

I was told today, for possibly a thousandth time, about a young lady who was just yesterday told by her new psychiatrist, that OCD is incurable and at best, she would be having at least one session of CBT a week for the rest of her life.

She was told that she needed to be medicated long-term, that she was depressed and mentally ill. She was told that her OCD caused anxiety and that anxiety was incurable.

Nothing about what she was told is correct... NOTHING.

I have cured anxiety sufferers permanently and completely in under two hours.

Can I cure every sufferer in two hours? Yes, IF they do exactly as I state, their neurology will respond.

Can it fail? No, if anxiety is the condition and the subject is human, it cannot fail.

Does it always happen in two hours? No. It is all down to the person's neurology. I don't have total control over that.

Is there another way to recover from anxiety? No. The body and mind have one anxiety disorder recovery process.

Some people take a little longer to recover than others and this is due to social conditioning, the sufferer's specific experiences with anxiety, their age and other factors, however, the mind and body will recover quickly if they receive the data they need in order to do so.

In essence, everyone is curable in less than a week, sometimes faster.

So do you need to take medication? No. In fact, doing so often causes symptoms that the sufferer perceives as anxiety related. Medication cannot correct the neurology responsible for anxiety or any of the associated symptoms or conditions.

Can talking therapies like CBT or counselling cure anxiety? NO. In fact, talking therapies will either a) prevent recovery or b) increase your anxiety.

Controlled Trials

How Effective is The Linden Method?

The Linden Method has been shown to return anxiety disorder sufferers to normal levels of anxiety in this psychologist led controlled study Average incoming anxiety level 18.24 out of 21 (Severe) – Average post program score 2.84 (Normal)

The following report has been compiled having completed an independent efficacy trial.

The statistics demonstrate 100% anxiety recovery using The Linden Method.

The trial outcomes below are followed  by some of the comments submitted by trial participants during the research period.

These results, when compared to alternative interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other talking therapies, confirm that The Linden Method is, by far, more effective with an average outcome of complete anxiety recovery.
No data exists for the curative efficacy of talking therapies in the treatment of anxiety disorders.

Trial data is rated from one to five – Five being the weakest data – This data is rated at Level 2 The efficacy of The Linden Method in eliminating anxiety disorders in a cohort of sufferers by Psychologist – Martin Jensen MSc – University of Copenhagen

The Linden Method is a structured Psycho-educational Program for the treatment of high anxiety conditions including, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Anxiety Disorder related Low Mood.

Although The Linden Method was not developed to treat other disorders, patients with depressive disorder and CFS/ME have experienced significant improvements and indeed, full recovery whilst using The Method.

The present study was carried out, in order to investigate the efficacy of the Linden Method, in a cohort of clients, who had followed the structured programme to treat their anxiety disorders.

It was predicted, that participants post-treatment, would exhibit significantly less anxiety distress, as measured with the GAD-7, than before initiation of treatment Method

The present study was conducted among clients of The Linden Method. Participants were contacted by The Linden Method specialists, who are BACP and LAR registered counselling psychotherapists and asked to participate in the study to assess the efficacy of the method in reducing or eliminating anxiety disorders. These participants were selected based on the knowledge that they had complied with the method’s directives, rules and principles.Just as any other study involving a demonstrable effect of an intervention, it is important that people adhere to the treatment regimen.

The study applied a repeated measure design, which is also referred to as a controlled study and as such classifies as class II evidence.MeasureTo assess the levels of anxiety in participants, the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7 (GAD-7) was implemented (Spitzer et al. 2006). GAD-7 is a self-report measure used for screening and measuring the severity of generalized anxiety. The measure has seven items, which measure the severity of various signs of generalized anxiety disorder. One such item example is: “Prior to doing the Linden Method, how often have you been bothered by the following problems?” Feeling nervous, anxious or on edge? Participants were asked to respond with the following (not at all = 0, infrequent = 1, frequently = 2, constantly = 3). Assessment is indicated by the total score, which is made up by adding together the scores for the seven items of the scale.According to the GAD-7, there are four categories or anxiety levels, ranging from minimal anxiety (score 0 – 4), mild anxiety (5 – 9), moderate anxiety (10 – 14) and severe anxiety (15 – 21).As the aim was to assess the efficacy of the Linden Method, participants filled in the assessment of their anxiety levels, both at pre- and post treatment. This was done retrospectively, i.e. both assessments were done post-treatment.

AnalysisData were analysed using the IBM SPSS Statistics software package. In order to test the hypothesis, that the Linden Method would result in a significant decrease in anxiety severity, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was chosen to analyse the data.As the data in the analysis are ordinal, and thus non-parametric, the test is ideal when comparing two related samples, to assess whether their population mean ranks differ. It is comparable to a Student’s t-test, but used when the population cannot be assumed to be normally distributed.ResultsThe mean pre- and post-treatment scores for participants in the study were 18,28 and 2,84 respectively. This indicates that a large percentage of participants had severe anxiety problems before entering the treatment programme. In contrast, post-treatment results indicate, that for the majority of participants, anxiety no longer presented as a major issue in their day-to-day life.

From the frequency distributions above, it is interesting to note, that a large proportion of participants pre-treatment, had a score on the GAD-7 inventory >18, corresponding to severe anxiety, whereas post-treatment a large proportion of participants fell in the category of minimal anxiety problems (score

The Linden Method is designed to help anxiety sufferers completely eliminate their symptoms, and go on to live healthy and productive lives. The current study set out to assess, whether using the structured anxiety elimination programme offered by the Linden Method, would result in a significant improvement in the quality of life for the affected individuals.

The prediction of the study was, that following The Linden Method, would result in significant reduction in anxiety distress, corresponding to a decrease in the total score on the GAD-7. This hypothesis was confirmed. Participants, many of whom reported severe anxiety symptoms pre-treatment, improved significantly using the Linden Method programme for anxiety elimination.

A word of caution. The results indicate that people have returned to a baseline or an appropriate level of anxiety, not unlike the normal population.

Therefore, based on the data, The Linden Method appears to be a viable, relevant and recommendable alternative to other therapies used for treating severe and at times disabling anxiety conditions.

Test subject comments

To have a programme like this available on the NHS is needed badly. And if committed to, works extremely well. I honestly believe that the programme will work for everyone who uses it if they follow it fully. It changed my life.

I hope this method spreads world wide to allow all people to be healed from anxiety problems. Even the quality of life will change to better go ahead and please continue helping people.

This should be available to everyone. Its benefits are massive and it is reassuring. Understanding my condition and its manifestations were made clear to me via the Linden Method. I cannot recommend highly enough the relief and support I have received. Every sufferer should receive this.

This would save the health service millions in drug costs, GP visits counselling and other related costs – for example paying benefits to people unable to work due to anxiety related conditions. More importantly this method gives people their lives back – anxiety is the most unpleasant and debilitating experience I have ever experienced. This method works if you are prepared to follow it – believe me I tried many different things and none worked until I used this methodThe Linden Method is one of the best things that has happened to me in my life. I finally have my life back. If you are on the fence about it or doubting that it will work, just think of how many things you have tried that didn’t work. I promise you it will work. Just listen and do the program and you will be on your way to recovery. It is such a wonderful feeling. For insurance and government services I would rather do this then to be on any medications any day of my life. I would think you would want the same. God Bless Charles and his team.

I have no doubt in my mind that this would be a viable and effective treatment to offer on the NHS and have no qualms about recommending it. You can ask my family & friends, but it should be enough to ask me, I am completely transformed! I have an amazing GP, and was given CBT counselling through the NHS, (I also paid for it privately!) and although this helped me ‘manage’ my anxiety& OCD it did not lesson it. The Linden Method seriously has ‘cured’ me. I worry a normal amount about ‘normal & real things’ (in fact I would say I probably worry a little less than those around me- which is just amazing!)!! I will say however that I don’t believe that Linden will work unless the client/patient does it 100%! But then neither do anti-biotics!

I truly hope The Linden Method becomes available on the NHS- I work, and pay taxes, and would be very happy to think that my taxes go towards a way to cure people from this debilitating and misunderstood disorder.

The only thing that scares me these days is the fact that there are people out there going through what I went through that are not aware that this method exists/works. No one should have to live with anxiety. This could save the thousands of lives being wasted.

Once you master it (and know one said it will be easy) it will become like a walk in the park! Honestly – everything makes so much sense, just read, read and read away. Why would you want to become dependant on medication that only puts a hold on your troubles, when you can cure yourself with out medication!I would firstly like to say a very big thank you to Charles and Beth. I must admit I have not done all of the pillars as I was meant to, but I can say this, I now have a huge understanding over anxiety and know what to do when feeling anxious, before I was lost and did not have a clue what was happening, this was for 14 years, indeed 14 years of feeling terrified. The Dr sent me to see a Psychiatrist and he sent me for different sessions of CBT and Psychotherapy, none of which worked, in fact a total waste of time and made me worse. I have been on doses of up to 50mg per day of Diazepam, 60mg Citalopram and 1mg Klonopin (Most addictive benzo)….I am sure the drugs made me worse after many years and now have a lot of memory loss and weight gain, but thanks to the method I am almost off all my medication and can now go out for drives, walk my dogs, go shopping all the things I could not do as I was housebound for many many years. I am slowly getting my friends back as I deserted all of them and starting to live again. I would not recommend anything for anxiety apart from the Linden Method, all these other therapies do not work, fact! Kind regards, Paul B*****.

From where I was nearly house bound with years of CBT and medication under my belt I am a different person not been to the doctors once since I returned from retreat and stopped all medication I am now job hunting again something I never saw me doing after giving up my last job to anxiety I am a new me. TLM works it makes sense and with out it I would be still riddled with anxiety. Now I am in control and it’s changed my life I now enjoy doing out with my children husband family and friends

This method change my life I hope all people could learn this method because their life will change to better Even non anxious people Please try your best to spread this method as you can and please try to translated to Arabic Because we have a lot of cases and I am welling to help in any way. Thank you

It is the best money you’ll ever spend, if it is the money that is putting you off. It saved my life and I am now studying Holistic Therapy and Stress Management. My anxiety started 3 and half years ago when I was 21, after having been involved in a bad car accident. Luckily I found the Linden Method having only had anxiety for 1 year. But it was 1 year too long! Although looking at it now, it is the best journey I’ve ever been through! I feel amazing now!

I started the programme feeling extremely negative and was convinced that it would not work. CBT and medication had both failed. Four days later and I left feeling more positive than I have felt in 30 years. I can honestly say that since completing the programme I can now look forward to each day without the stomach churning and awful feeling of impending doom. I would recommend The Linden Method wholeheartedly and would be happy to provide further information should it be required.

Before the linden method I wasn’t able to eat for fear of swallowing, i lost tonnes of weight and my mum was worried id end up hospitalised. I also suffered from daily panic attacks and high anxiety, I couldn’t switch my brain off. I would skip meals out with friends and i just wanted to hide away in my room. I didn’t know how to get my life back, I tried counselling but it only improved things slightly. I still believed there was something physically wrong with me and I couldn’t get these negative thoughts out of my head. I was at my lowest point in life when I came across the linden method and I’m glad I did. It didn’t take long before the panic attacks stopped and I started feeling myself again. Now I go out for meals with friends and family and am enjoying my life again. I have also been approached by others suffering from high anxiety and panic attacks and have recommended this method to them. It really does work!

Hi everyone… this is the cure for anxiety disorder . I am talking from my personal experience. I went to many doctors but no use at all. They have wrong treatment. This treatment is the one, which cures anxiety disorders completely, and it is simple process. God bless u Mr. Charles lindenThe Linden Method gave me hope, motivation to get well, an understanding of myself and literally saved my life. I can’t praise Charles, Beth and his team enough.I never visited any GP’s or anything, I was always to embarrassed to reveal my feelings and thoughts, I just internet searched and Thankfully Gave the linden Method a shot and It worked or works! really well for me, I implement it in my behaviour daily, and have a wonderful knowledge of the Behaviour related to anxiety conditions now thanks too Charles. I also use what I have learnt to help all my young children through stressful periods or change!

If I had of had the Linden Method available to me 15 years ago it would have saved 15 years of quite frankly misery! I tried every treatment out there on the NHS and every other weird and wonderful therapies but nothing worked until I found the Linden Method. I even lost my colon and developed alopecia because of the stress. The method is the only program that is curative as it forces the curative process to happen, rather than handing out pointless coping strategies and medication that don’t work. Couldn’t rate this program any higher.

Complete life saver. Must be able to access this on the NHS and save so many peoples needless suffering.Having suffered from anxiety since the age of 15, having been to see my GP on too numerous occasions to count, having had every blood test under the sun, having been prescribed propranolol, having been to see a CBT counsellor of my own accord the only treatment that actually cured my anxiety was The Linden Method. I started the course suffering from daily if not hourly panic attacks and can hand on heart state I have not had one panic attack since completion of course 4 years ago.

This method is simple, drug free, highly effective and in my opinion should definitely be an option for NHS patients.I have to thank god and Charles about this method, before I was not able to walk out of my house I had that horrible sensation that I could not breath and I will die I took me almost 4 weeks to understand how every thing works!! It was hard but I did it!

Thank you Charles now I am 100% cured!! The mind is the most powerful thing in earth!!!I just followed the program and within a month or so I was no longer having the anxiety.

Thank you for your program. I was really scared and when you said it was not a mental illness that did more to calm me than anything. My mother was in a mental institution all my life and I was always afraid I would be like her. When the anxiety came, I attached more danger than normal and I created my anxiety to worsen. I did the Linden Method and I no longer fear that I will be like my mother.

The staff at the linden method have bee. My guardian angels! They have helped me so much, with their on-going support, calming effects, they really helped put me on the right path, they simply have been amazing! And I thank them all from the bottom of my heart! They explain what’s going on with you, which helps you to understand, and with understanding there is less anxiety. I would highly recommend to anyone with anxiety issues.

This is the ONLY method that worked for me – I tried CBT, counselling, mindfulness, hypnosis, acupuncture, homeopathic medicines and nothing helped me/my symptoms of anxiety. I would recommend TLM to Somebody suffering with anxiety.I wished I had discovered this earlier It has made such a difference to my Life, everyone with an anxiety problem Would be amazed with the linden method, It just would save years of endless Searching and getting the wrong advice. If my doctor had access to linden method It would have been a lifesaver.

I was an absolute wreck all the way through the 10 – 15 years that I suffered with anxiety & severe panic, even on medication! Don’t get me wrong, medication helped me relax & block it out the odd time but always came back with vengeance, I found out about linden method online & ordered it & I can honestly say its the best ever well spent money in my entire life… now, I didn’t even follow the whole thing through but only read what I needed to, to make me understand! I am now medication free.. Enjoying life the way I never though I would be able to do ever again.

The only panic / anxiety cure is, by far… The Linden Method. I would like to thank the Linden Method

I have cured anxiety sufferers permanently and completely in under two hours.

Can I cure every sufferer in two hours? Yes, IF they do exactly as I state and their neurology responds.

Can talking therapies like CBT or counselling cure anxiety? NO. In fact, talking therapies will either a) prevent recovery or b) increase your anxiety.

But it's not about what I can do... it's only about YOU

The organization I founded over 20 years ago is the only psycho-educational facility in the world.

We are an accredited educational institution just like a school, college or university. The difference is, we train Recovery Practitioners to a professional level and we run home access, workshop and residential programs of recovery that have helped nearly 1/4 million people.

The team are all accredited anxiety recovery practitioners, psychologists, counsellors and psychologists.

The therapy we use is based on thousands of test cases, 20 years practice and research and 100% success rates. The therapy is called LAR Therapy and it is the only accredited, dedicated anxiety disorder recovery therapy in the world.

CBT, counselling, NLP, hypnotherapy... all shoe-horned into healthcare but NONE of them were developed for or can help you to overcome your disorder. You can try... feel free... but they will not cure you. Why? Because the science is 'off'. You might as well try to cure your anxiety using talcum powder or aspirin. It cannot and will not work.

So if you want to recover using the simplest, most understandable, common sense, scientific and effective therapy... you've found it!

22 Years of anxiety, phobia, obsessions and low mood suffering lead me to dedicate my life to preventing anyone else from enduring the pain, frustration, distress and misinformation that perpetuated my suffering

Since recovering in 1996, I have helped people of all ages, from 4 to 96, from homeless people, TV, music & film stars, aristocracy to singers, sports stars and stay at home parents to fully recover

I created a recovery organization, therapy and practitioner accreditation that has helped over 250,000 people in hundreds of countries, from every creed, age or religion to find full and lifelong recovery
