Whether you decide to purchase a Charles Linden DVD or The Linden Method pack, the journey starts the same way, with a sense of reassurance which is overwhelming.

Once on this path, you have the option to continue OR to stop and that decision can only be taken by you. We will be there every step of the way should you decide to continue but if you stop, you won't ever discover the route that so many people have taken directly to complete recovery.

You can also travel conventional routes through psychotherapy, psychiatry, medication or alternative practices... I have been there too... if there was anything worth knowing down those routes, they will be included in The Linden Method Pack, but, trust me, there aren't many!
